SHARON B. HIGGINS JOINS EDUVANTIS LLC AS ASSOCIATE VICE PRESIDENT OF MARKETING SERVICES
Sharon Higgins, an accomplished leader in higher education marketing and communications, has been named associate vice president of marketing services for Eduvantis.
Higgins will oversee a team of experienced professionals and lead the Marketing Services practice of Eduvantis, which includes brand strategy and measurement, marketing strategy and planning, communications analysis, paid digital marketing strategy and execution, search engine optimization, and other related activities.
Higgins, a native of Baltimore, Md., joins Eduvantis after nearly 15 years as a higher ed marketing and communications executive. Most recently, she served as the associate vice president for marketing and communications, the university’s chief marketing officer, at Loyola University Maryland, and has extensive knowledge in brand strategy, recruitment marketing, digital strategies, public and media relations, issues management, market research, and creative and content management.
Her background also includes more than ten years as a marketing director for professional service firms, including Ernst & Young and Aon. She has presented at regional and national conferences on a wide range of marketing communications topics, and her teams have won numerous industry awards and recognition from CASE, AIGA, and others.
She is a graduate of Old Dominion University and has completed post-graduate work at Towson University and Goucher College.
